The aim is to create a destination of mixed programs with a thematic concept for education & entertainment. The masterplan leverages existing natural assets of Old & Big Trees and is organized using an orientation of urban tissue in the area, to a greater landmark of Mount Tangkuban Perahu. The spatial organization, together with landscape design, integrates different programs into a public plaza which celebrates the outdoor activity and embraces fresh air of Lembang area. The total of 9,7 Ha Siteplan integrates Gallery and Theme Park with several outdoor activities, retail & commercial programs & also an enormous public park. The whole masterplan is designed as a condenser of social interaction to serve people across sections of society. This development offers a well-tempered environment as a place for Education, Leisure, Entertainment & Outdoor Activity – A destination for all layers of social cohesion. It is a Theme Park with a social infrastructure; a place for Communal experience where Active & Passive enterprises are integrated equally.
