The HUB Bali is located in the south area of Denpasar, the capital city of Bali. The site is close to a new rapidly growing area of tourist & youngster activity, Canggu Area. This commercial not only served a conventional retail experience, but also as a HUB of any activities to accommodate the main development of the area, The Ambengan Tenten Flat residence – where 200 Tenants lived in the same complex. The building organizes a variety of spaces for Restaurant, Café, Rental space for workshops, Co-Office, Fitness area and extended opportunities for Film screenings, product launch, music or even private parties. The Main system of the building is the Centre of utilities, from plumbing, main electrical system and vertical circulation and it’s covered by contrast material of darker stone to differentiate the whole façade of white painted wall. Using a concept of modules & flexibility, The HUB allows for many configurations of sizing in dimensions for activities on Ground level. In the process of defining the programs and final form, several combinations & studies are tested to create an ideal program & make a good solution of the massing.The zoning system of flexibility and opportunities of variety programs in a limited space are also the potential aspect of this development.
