The owner of this project is a company specializing in the Green mining and Civil Construction Industry based in Citeureup Bogor, Indonesia. They have a vision to expand their base office to accommodate more functions & people as the company grows bigger every year. The site is located on a sloped hill with limited flat area (44% flat and 21.6 % sloping 33.8% steep) with a condition that is relatively humid. On the top of the hill is a spectacular view towards the surrounding residential, mining factory & river with 360 overview. The design is divided into three phases; first phase construction of the main infrastructure, main office and the workshop area which in this phase is to accommodate basic requirements of the company. The second phase focuses on supporting facilities & viewing deck, then followed by the last phase is to build a commercial complex across the site. By bringing 4 pillars of Office culture (Collaborate, Create, Control & Compete), the visual access between programs becomes crucial in this design, therefore a split level concept is chosen to engage and maximize visual & communication strategy between people with a continuous ramp for flowing access from Ground to Top level.
